About Paul Deis

To the work of turnaround leadership and consulting work, Paul bring in-depth experience resolving a number of turnaround and crisis situations.  He draws on detailed experience gained in work with over 60 companies.  He focuses primarily on product-oriented companies – manufacturers and distributors – and has also done detailed projects with insurance, medical and software companies throughout his 25+ year career.
